One of the Crystal reports systems that we offer uses MS SQL (Structured Query Language) so you can create reports based on data any data source including external MS Access Database or Excel worksheet.

Create professional reports that include images such as your company logo. For each report field you can select a font, colour and border, and you can insert and draw lines.

Specify report ranges and other parameters to create a complex analytical tool. Specify the way you want the information to sort and group, and create headers and footers for each level.

This Crystal reports system also allows you to create on-screen Enquiries that can be selected from the drop-down menu on the Enquiry screen of the relevant area (i.e. customer, job, product, etc).

The in-built Wizard allows users with no experience in SQL or other Report esigner to produce great reports in minutes. Start by selecting a table or query where he data will come from, then the Wizard will take you step by step through the report reation process.
